Neuroscience tells us that our brains can change and grow throughout our lifetime (neuroplasticity). In a nutshell, all of our behaviors are like software programs in our brains that can be rebooted. It is now scientifically proven that we can rewire our brains by thought alone. In fact, anxiety, depression, diet and sleep all contribute to the success we will have rewiring our brain as well as the current “hard wiring” we currently experience. Thought is the primary tool we use to operate the vehicle we call our brain. One of the best ways you can reprogram your brain is with something we call “Medicreation,” which is a combination of calming the mind and synchronizing the left and right hemispheres of the brain, all while “creating” an image of improved results that is accompanied by elevated emotions. The brain thus convinces the body on a biochemical level that real change has occurred Over time, new neural pathways are created and new behaviors and moods result.
